Sustainable Cosmetics Summit Asia-Pacific will be once again hosted in Hong Kong on 10-11 November. This new edition comprises two interactive workshops and three conference sessions. Like previous editions, the summit will bring together key organisations involved in sustainability in the Asian beauty industry. See the pics of the 3rd (2013) edition here

Organised by Organic Monitor, the aim of the Sustainable Cosmetics Summit is to encourage sustainability in the beauty industry by bringing together key stake-holders and debate key issues in a high-level forum. The European edition of this international series of summits will take place in Paris on 24-26 November.

Green line

About 160 senior executives from the beauty industry convened in Paris at the previous European edition of the Sustainable Cosmetics Summit on 21-23rd October 2013. This edition focused on green formulations, distribution innovations and sustainable packaging. An interactive workshop discussed technical issues involved with using green emulsifiers, surfactants and emollients.
